Susan COX is Managing Director of coxfitzsimons&wilkes.  Susan has worked in the recruitment world for a number of years both in Ireland and in the US.   Susan worked for an Executive Search firm in San Francisco before founding CFW in 2003.   Since establishing CFW Susan has strategically expanded the CFW portfolio of services and target industries to ensure CFW are now a leading supplier of Finance and Accounting personnel to a diverse client base that ranges from domestic SMEs to listed PLCs and global multi-national organisations across a diverse range of commercial entities and financial institutions in both the private and public sectors.  In 2008 CFW expanded into Central Europe with the launch of new offices in Krakow, Poland.   Susan holds a degree in Business and Politics from Trinity College Dublin and a MBS from UCD.

David WILKES is a Director of coxfitzsimons&wilkes. David brings a formidable wealth of recruitment experience to CFW. David was instrumental in developing the first specialist financial recruitment company in Dublin which he sold in 2000. He was also responsible for developing the concept of temporary and contract accounting in Ireland in the seventies and eighties.

Charlie Cullen joined CFW as a Recruitment Consultant in 2003. Charlie is a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years international experience in practice and industry. Charlie trained with PWC in London and has since held various finance roles in industry and corporate finance in the UK, Asia and Australia.

Lisa McQueen came to CFW with a strong systems background and a wealth of financial services experience. Lisa joined CFW from the Charles Schwab Corporation, the largest discount brokerage house in the US. Prior to her time in the US, Lisa worked with the Department of Foreign Affairs of the European Commission.

Anna Makowska is Manager of coxfitzsimons&wilkes in Poland and has been with CFW in their Dublin office since 2004.  Anna managed multiple recruitment projects for a number of high profile international companies setting up in Poland and has a sound knowledge of multinational companies combined with an in-depth understanding of the Polish labour market. Anna previously worked as a HR specialist in Central Europe, holds an MA in Journalism, Communication and Market Research from Wroclow University and is fluent in English, Polish, Russian and German.

Andrew Ganly recently joined CFW bringing with him over 10 years financial recruitment experience placing candidates in permanent, temporary and interim accountancy and finance positions.    Andrew recruits across multiple sectors spanning IT & Telecommunications, Engineering & Utilities, Production & Manufacturing, Publishing & Media, Science & Pharmaceutical and Banking & Financial Services.    Key areas of expertise include the recruitment of Finance Managers, Qualified Financial & Management Accountants, Internal Auditors, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Controllers and Accountancy Support staff.    Andrew began his recruitment career working onsite at Xerox Europe recruiting finance staff for their Shared Services Centre, since then Andrew has worked exclusively with specialist financial recruitment consultancies in Dublin acquiring an indepth knowledge of finance and accounting disciplines.
