Transfer Agency - Shareholder Services Opportunities

Main responsibilities

My Client, a leading financial services provider with a global presence, is seeking to hire multiple candidates with experience and knowledge of fund administration within a Transfer Agency or Shareholder Services environment. Numerous positions from entry level to senior roles are currently open for candidates that are eager to pursue an opportunity to springboard their career or take the next step to further develop and progress.

Transfer Agency/Shareholder Services Responsibilities:

• Day to day processing of Investor Subscriptions to ensure quick and effective transaction processing
• Review of documentation received from investors and input of new trade details
• Review and processing of all AML (Anti Money Laundering) documentation
• Processing of Investor Redemptions to ensure quick and effective transaction processing
• Apply the rules of the fund guidelines – authorised signatories, correct back account details, correct notice period given
• Send final contact notes to the Investor and ensuring transfer of money to the appropriate account
• Process transfers and switches in accordance with internal and the fund guidelines
• Daily interaction with clients on all investment activity ensuring effective and clear communication at all time
• Review of all investment activity on the system ensuring accurate and complete details have been entered onto the system
• Prepare and distribute monthly investor statements and reports in accordance with investor instructions
• Administer all processing in line with internal procedure and controls ensuring a risk adverse environment.

Person Specifications

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Related area or relevant working experience preferable
• 1-2 years Fund Administration experience preferable - hedge funds an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel
• Excellent communication, written & verbal skills
