Main responsibilities

Multinational & global leading financial services provider is hiring an Investor AML (Anti Money Laundering) Analyst to join their existing team based in the HQ city centre office. Previous AML/KYC or Compliance experience within the funds industry would be very beneficial for this opportunity. Good communication, attention to detail and an excellent work ethic are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the collection, review and ultimate approval of all KYC documentation for a set population of investor level entities
• Participate in the investigation and quality review and preparation for authorization of all investor level AML in line with relevant AML programme
• Maintain daily contact with relationship management teams and work closely with TA/other compliance groups to ensure all KYC is uploaded to the internal system and approved
• Follow a set workflow with a number of steps to ensure all entities are tracked efficiently and accurately
• Day to day processing of Investor KYC reviews to ensure quick and effective QA review and approval
• Reviewing of all KYC documentation received for all investors before submitting for final AML review

Person Specifications

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience of Investor level AML is generally required and preferably within a fund administration role
• Be very enthusiastic and show a strong desire to work hard and forge a career in the AML/Compliance area of financial services
