Fund Administrator – Regulatory Monitoring Associate

Main responsibilities

A superb opportunity with a global leading financial services provider based in their Dublin City Centre HQ office. Candidates who are interested in gaining experience within the regulatory function (which is becoming more and more in demand), and that have between 6 months to 2 years previous fund administration experience, are strongly encouraged to apply.

Successful candidates will gain excellent exposure and knowledge to the important role that regulatory reporting and analysis has in the current market and will develop their careers quickly with strong potential of further development as the opportunity progresses.

Some Key Responsibilities:

• Updating and monitoring progress of the regulatory production calendar for clients
• Preparation and review of regulatory calculations for each client
• Maintaining a supportive and service role to internal teams and the client
• Maintaining and updating as appropriate client files and customisations
• Preparation and review of client regulatory reports, updates etc.
• Monitoring of regulatory filings
• Client facing project calls

Person Specifications

Desired Skills/Experience:

Candidates with some relevant work experience within FS (such as fund accounting, fund admin etc.)

• Strong organizational and time management skills – ability to prioritise tasks and manage own workload.
• Should possess strong initiative
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must have ability to perform effectively within strict deadlines

Ideally suited to immediately available candidates or candidates with less than 1 months notice period.
