| Fund Accounting Managers |
Reporting to the Director of Fund Accounting in Wroclaw, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and managing the activities of Fund Accountants and Supervisors and other staff in terms of client relationships, staffing, administration and controls. You will have an excellent knowledge of financial instruments and hold a Masters Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Banking and Finance and have at least five years’ relevant experience working within a Banking or Financial Services environment and be looking for the next step in your career. You will be expected to keep abreast with all relevant developments within the industry and nurture a professional relationship with clients. Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills are required for these very interesting roles. |
| Fund Supervisors/Experienced Finance Professionals |
As a strong leader and experienced Fund Accountant, you will oversee the work of Client Reporting and Administration and assist in the preparation of regulatory, financial and ad hoc reports. You will serve as a focal point for client requests, resolving issues that may arise and providing support in terms of review of accounting operations and relevant controls. Ideally, you will have a knowledge of fund administration, accounting or shareholder services and hold a Masters Degree in Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance. Alternatively you should have two to three years’ accounting experience in banking or financial services generally and be looking for the next step in your career. A strong analytical approach and excellent communications skills are essential. These roles will be of interest to finance specialists
from a global investment or retail bank, securities trading or a brokerage
background and individuals experienced in fund accounting functions including
portfolio reconciliation, bank account reconciliation, performance fee calculation
and submission of compliance and audit reporting. These positions require
individuals with a good entrepreneurial spirit, strong organisational and
people management skills and a desire to advance their careers. All applicants should be fluent in English and able to work with a high degree of accuracy to strict deadlines and display the highest standard of personal presentation and professionalism at all times. |
